CGM Dashboard ("the app") is developed by Stratify Your Growth. This policy explains what data the app accesses and, just as importantly, what we do not do with it.
With your permission, the app reads blood glucose data from Apple HealthKit — data that was already written there by your continuous glucose monitor's own manufacturer app (for example, Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, or Stelo). The app does not connect to any sensor, transmitter, or CGM manufacturer's servers directly.
All processing happens entirely on your device. The app does not operate a backend server, and your glucose data, trend charts, AGP reports, and PDF exports are never uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no ability to see your health data — it never leaves your phone unless you personally choose to share a PDF export (for example, by saving it to Files or emailing it to yourself), which happens through Apple's standard share sheet under your control.
The app does not include any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software development kits (SDKs). We do not sell, rent, or share your health data with any third party, for any purpose, ever.
The optional PDF export unlock is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment card details — that information is handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices.
You can review or revoke the app's access to Apple Health at any time by going to the iOS Settings app → Health → Data Access & Devices → CGM Dashboard, and turning off access. You can also delete the app at any time, which removes anything the app has cached locally.
The app is not directed at children, and because the app does not collect or transmit any data in the first place, no data is knowingly collected from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
