Nothing displayed in the app — including glucose readings, trend charts, the Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) report, Time in Range, Glucose Management Indicator (GMI), variability (CV), or any PDF export — constitutes medical advice. CGM Dashboard does not connect directly to any glucose sensor or transmitter. It only reads data that your continuous glucose monitor's own manufacturer app (e.g. Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Stelo) has already written to Apple Health. This means data shown may be delayed relative to your actual current glucose level, sometimes significantly. This app does not provide real-time high or low glucose alerts, alarms, or notifications of any kind, and is not a substitute for the alerts, alarms, or monitoring features built into your CGM manufacturer's own app or device. This app must never be used as, or relied upon as, an emergency medical alert system. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
All data displayed originates from Apple HealthKit, which in turn depends entirely on third-party CGM manufacturer software over which the developer of this app has no control, no visibility, and no ability to verify. The developer makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed, and is not responsible for sensor errors, calibration issues, missed readings, or synchronization delays originating outside this app.
Metrics such as GMI, coefficient of variation (CV), Time in Range, and the 5-tier standard clinical glucose range breakdown are calculated using published, standard formulas (e.g. Bergenstal et al., Diabetes Care, 2018; Battelino et al., Diabetes Care, 2019). These are statistical estimates derived from available data, not laboratory results. In particular, GMI is explicitly not equivalent to, and should not be treated as a substitute for, a laboratory-measured HbA1c. Any custom target range you configure in this app is a personal preference setting only and is not a medical recommendation.
This app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

If this app is used by or on behalf of a minor, the adult account holder is solely responsible for appropriate supervision and for ensuring decisions are made in consultation with the minor's healthcare provider. This app is not designed or validated specifically for pediatric use.
